We are now roasting a new bean for our Espresso! It is still from Indonesia, but the cupping notes are a little different. The flavor still has a dark body, like espresso should be, but you will taste some red apple, wood, and dark chocolate notes from it as well. Absolutely delicious!
We are also working on roasting a new bean we have never had before, from Tanzania! It is a peaberry bean, which is a smaller coffee bean opposed to the traditional size coffee bean we are accustomed to. It’s flavor profile includes notes of cinnamon, stone fruit, and light milk chocolate. Keep up with us as we try new things to make our coffee the best!
