Hello everyone, and welcome to Croissants’ Coffee Journal. My name is Andrew, and I am a manager at Heidi’s Corner, and I am in charge of all things coffee! Our daily goal is to roast, produce, and serve the best coffee anywhere in South Carolina. Along the way, we are always roasting and trying coffees from different regions, mixing new blends, and coming up with new specialty drinks for all our coffee fanatics!
